So, the bottom portion of you H1 approval notice (I-797) does not have an I-94 ?
If not, then doing it in Canada for the first H1 can be a big gamble.

I got exact query.
All you need is Affidavits from you Father, Mother and any other close relative. Ask them to go to your local court house. There will be people sitting there who do prepare affidavits and notarize them. They need to do it on 10 Rupees stamp paper and get it notarized. They shall have the date of birth affidavit template at court house.
Once they have them, ask them to scan and send them to you to save time. Also ask them to DHL the originals so that you could recieve in 2 or 3days.

Hello,
I want to make it clear that I have read the manual that came with my D70... But I seem to be having an issue that I'm not exactly sure of the cause whereas I haven't altered any of the settings since I purchased/recieved it... unless I did something without realizing it.
One of the very first pic's I took with my D70 was of the moon. As you can see from my attached (cropped) image, "in my honest opinion anyway", I think they came out awesome rather decent for being taken "handheld" via a Sigma 300 mm kit lens...
Anyway... I took maybe a half dozen Moon'shots over the following couple of nights and everyone of them was "in focus" and relatively clear as the attached image... I proceeded to take other shots of various subjects over the following couple of weeks until one night the sky was crystal clear and there was a 3/4 Moon. I attempted to take the picture the exact way I took them the first couple of nights, with everything at its "default" settings (unless as I said I changed something without knowing)... What I found has left me bewildered. I can aim at & focus the Moon in crystal clear within the center brackets and then proceed to press the shutter release... only now "every single shot" will in the end, be nothing more than a gaint fuzzy snowball. I've even attempted taking a shot via the "Timer Release" feature whilest the D70 is mounted to a Tripod on solid ground, and its always the same thing. The image in the viewfinder is as "crystal clear" as I could ever hope for, yet when the picture is actually taken its a giant fuzzy snowball.
As I stated above, I've gone through the manual while looking at the camera in hand but I in no way remember ever changing anything where as this is my very first "fully adjustable" camera of anykind, digital or otherwise...
Any help would be truely appreciated...

At the end of his remarks before an Asian-American and Pacific Islander Summit in D.C., Reid said, �Finally, we will again pursue comprehensive immigration reform that respects both our nation�s laws and the people from all nations who want to live in America, work hard and pay their fair share of taxes. I am contacting them and will march with them. If undocumented get a bill, our bill will come automatically. We should be supporting them. If we support them they will also support us. With their support we can get our bill. If we try to do a rally for ourselves the so called educated people on H1B and EAD will not come. They will rather spend time driving in their nice car to Disney or eat out in a fancy restaurant. So I believe we need to side with undocumented and help them to help ourselves.

I am in a situation where my H1 stamping is in security/background check and it been that way for over 75 days. I have an AP that was approved and mailed to me but I have been told by my lawyer that it is not ok to use AP or atleast without risk of not being allowed entry

We received this letter and my wife is currently in India. She is comng back only after 2 months. Secondly this letter says it has been Xfrd to MO. We live in virginia. I am not sure how it went there.

Hi,
I just had medical RFE for both me and my wife. We are July 2007 Filers and somehow our medical documents got lost or whatever, We received an RFE from USCIS and replied just in time.
I am primary applicant and I would be loosing job at end of october. I would not be finding a job due to personal reasons and would be on a 3 month severance package till january.
My Question is what are the chances of getting an EVL RFE during those 3 months? I know nobody can predict USCIS, but according to my lawyer, if they wanted EVL, they would have that in the RFE and chances of getting another RFE in another 6 months is very very slim.
This logic makes sense to me too. But anybody got weird experience where they received RFE, Responded to it and then got another completely different RFE in a short duration?

I am filing my I140 and i485 togther this week. I have had 2 previous employers to the current one.
I wporked for my first employer for nearly 3 years ( some months less) and then other employer for some 4 months and finally switching to the current employer..where I have been working for 6.5 years.
I am getting experience letter from first employer but second employer where I worked for 4 months has no record.
Is it ok to file I140 with just experienced letters from my first and the present employer and let go the one with just 4 months? Please let me now..I did call the former employer who worked there..but she also does not remmeber because it was 7 years back and that too for short time.
Please let me know..is that is risky or will come back with RFE?

I believe both are right. I do not think 123456mg is wrong. S/He is a law-abiding person like us and has a right to state his opinion. I agree, the statements were a bit harsher but so the truth is. Also, I guess we must stop discussing more on these matters as such since it is past and can not be changed now. Though you have my personal symphathies unlike 123456mg, I do not think the actions you chose were correct and you require a correction from that perspective. I suggest you talk to experts regarding your immigration matters since your looks like a difficult case to me.

Seriously , its only the PD which counts , so in this case the one with earliest PD should get his approval first, but sometimes ( sorry many a times ) USCIS has its own ways of doing things,so It can go the other wat too

The website is free and its up to individuals to do what ever they want ...
May be they will feel the heat or retrogression after 2 years or so and start doing something about it (like contributing..

Chandu: I disagree with you. I think nobody complained on the website itself. People were unhappy with what it showed. The case status is incomplete and very abstract. I do not think anybody cared about navigation or buttons. Besides, it really they listened to the complaints, they would have fixed many more things before this thing. This would have been the last piece to do especially if they are having lack of workforce.

I just got my H1 visa and thanks so much for your help. I really appreciate that. I now actually got some questions about the port of entry. As my understanding that they will stamp my passport at the port of entry, I wonder if they will keep my current I-797 at the port of entry (I already have the H1 stamp in my passport). Pls advise. Also, I don�t have the bottom portion of the I-94 on I-797 since I am currently in Malaysia . Would this be a problem? Please also advise if they will issue me the new I-94 at the port of entry. Anybody pls help. Thank you very much.
